Shipping policy
We offer shipping within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping is available on all orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, will have live-calculated shipping rates displayed at checkout.
- At this time, we do not offer Expedited shipping options.
Important Information:
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Please be aware that shipping charges, both original and return, are non-refundable.
Lost/Delayed Packages:
Bliss is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier.
